Local Trust

H3 Trust Harness extends the earlier Local Trust concept into an evidence-based investigation workflow designed for future OmegaClaw participation. The platform structures sources, observations, hypotheses, signals, confidence suggestions, human review, and exportable investigation records, while keeping final trust validation with humans. The work is relevant to OmegaClaw because the same investigation pipeline is designed so OmegaClaw can increasingly take on investigator tasks without becoming the final authority on trust decisions.
